Paul Cluver Estate was the first established in the Elgin Valley on the Western Cape. As a cooler-climate region than most of South Africa, Elgin’s terroir imparts lightness and elegance to the estate’s wines. Cluver’s Elgin Sauvignon Blanc – which contains a portion of Semillon as well – is bright and clean, with passionfruit, gooseberry, and citrus on the nose, a creamy texture, and a mouthwatering finish.
