Lambrusco is a little-mentioned sparkling red from Italy, typically fruity, frothy and meant to be enjoyed young. Hand harvested and fermented in steel tanks where it is kept until June then bottle unfiltered. Its refreshing bubbles, with plenty of ripe strawberry and raspberry flavors, are deliciously mouth-filling. Just a slight touch of residual sugar gives a dry yet fruity finish.
